As previously stated, Danny Krivit recently sustained a very serious leg injury; fortunately, his post-surgery progress is stable, and he is currently on a smooth path to recovery. However, as a consequence of this situation, the administrative procedures for the working visa required for his travel to Japan could not be finalized in time. Therefore, it is with great regret that we inform you he will be unable to appear at Body&SOUL in Japan this time.
Body&SOUL started in NYC back in 1996.
In Japan, it began in 2002 at large clubs like velfarre and ageHa, and has since been held at diverse locations including Ryogoku Kokugikan and Harumi Passenger Ship Terminal.
Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, the party is loved across generations as a space where people can rediscover the magic of music, immersed in a back-to-back soundscape where resident DJs François K., Danny Krivit, and Joaquin “Joe” Claussell mix one record at a time.
The venue is Kirana Garden Toyosu, a seaside location in the bay area offering an open atmosphere with views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge.
With the ever-popular kids' and food areas once again in place, attendees can fully enjoy this once-a-year festival in a setting that perfectly harmonizes with the spirit of Body&SOUL.
Supported by Manhattan Portage, a brand also born in NYC, this event serves as one of the few remaining "promised lands" that preserves the essence of classic parties, conveying the timeless appeal of music to us all.
